The Team Manager on this site is run by CS2Tracker, so CS2Tracker's Privacy Policy applies to it. It is set out in full below.
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data CS2Tracker ("CS2Tracker", "we", "us") collects, how we use and share it, and the rights you have when you use cs2tracker.gg and its related features (the "Service"). Where the law requires your consent (for example for advertising and analytics cookies), we ask for it separately via our consent banner.
CS2Tracker operates cs2tracker.gg, a statistics and tools website for Counter-Strike 2 players. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), CS2Tracker is the controller of the personal data processed through the Service.
You can contact us about any privacy matter at support@cs2tracker.gg.
Account data: when you sign in with Steam, we receive and store your SteamID64 and basic public Steam profile details (such as persona name, avatar and, if public, country). Sign-in happens through Valve's Steam OpenID service — we never see your Steam password.
Email address: we collect your email address only when you provide it, for example to verify a giveaway entry, when you contact support (including via the support chat), or when you enter it during checkout for billing and receipts.
Payment data: payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe for card payments, NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payments in some regions). We never receive or store your full card number or card security code. We receive limited billing information such as your subscription status, the plan and amount, and your billing country.
Technical data: we automatically collect IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps and the pages you request. We use this for security, debugging, rate limiting and abuse prevention, to estimate your approximate region (for example to offer suitable payment methods, currency and offers), and, in hashed form, to keep your experience — such as the offers and prices you are shown — consistent between visits.
The Service displays game statistics (for example Premier rating, match performance, playtime and FACEIT stats) retrieved from publicly available sources such as the Steam Web API and the FACEIT API. This can include statistics of players who have never signed in to CS2Tracker. We process this data based on our legitimate interest in providing game-statistics tools to the Counter-Strike community.
You can limit what is publicly available by setting your Steam profile (or parts of it) to private. To have your profile taken off CS2Tracker, sign in with Steam and use "Delete my data" in Settings. Signing in is how we establish that the Steam ID is yours, and the change takes effect immediately.
We cannot act on an emailed request that simply names a Steam ID. We have no way to tell that the sender owns that account, and acting on it anyway would let anyone take another player’s profile off the site. If you cannot sign in to the account, write to support@cs2tracker.gg and we will tell you what else we can accept as proof of ownership.
To provide and operate the Service: authenticate you via Steam, keep you signed in, show your stats, provide Premium features, run giveaways you enter, and respond to support requests (performance of our contract with you).
To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the Service, enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations (contract, legitimate interests and legal obligation).
To measure and improve the Service, understand how features and offers perform, and show advertising. Analytics and advertising that rely on cookies or similar technologies are based on your consent where required, which you can withdraw at any time (see Cookies below).
Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). Stripe also acts on our behalf to detect and prevent payment fraud.
In some regions we offer cryptocurrency payments processed by NOWPayments. Your payment is handled under NOWPayments' privacy policy; we receive only confirmation of the payment and the details needed to activate your subscription.
Essential cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (a signed session cookie), to remember an in-progress checkout, and for security. These are required for the Service to work and cannot be switched off.
Analytics and advertising cookies: with your consent where required, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage of the site, and our advertising partners use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and other regions where consent is required, these are only set after you accept them in our consent banner.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the consent banner, and you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Signing out clears your session.
Advertising on cs2tracker.gg is served by Ezoic and its advertising partners, who may process data such as cookie identifiers, IP address and ad interactions in accordance with their own policies. You can review Ezoic's privacy disclosures for this site, including the list of its advertising partners, at https://g.ezoic.net/privacy/cs2tracker.gg.
Some promotions for partner sites are served directly by us. For these we count impressions and clicks only in aggregate form and do not build personal advertising profiles.
We do not sell your personal information. Where personalised advertising qualifies as "sharing" under applicable law, you can opt out via the consent banner or by contacting us.
We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf and only as necessary to run the Service: Stripe (payments), NOWPayments (crypto payments), Valve/Steam (sign-in via Steam OpenID), Google (analytics), Ezoic and its partners (advertising, with consent where required), our support-chat provider, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers are bound by data-processing agreements where required.
We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect our rights, users or the public, or as part of a business transfer. We never sell personal data.
Some of our service providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
We keep account data for as long as you have an account with us and delete or anonymise it after you request deletion. Technical logs are kept for a limited period needed for security and debugging. Giveaway entry data is kept for the duration of the giveaway and as needed to deliver prizes and prevent abuse.
Billing records are kept for as long as required by tax, accounting and anti-fraud laws, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
If you are in the EEA, UK or a similar jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing (including processing based on legitimate interests), and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
For anything tied to a Steam ID, sign in with Steam and use Settings, which proves the account is yours. For every other right, email support@cs2tracker.gg from the relevant address and include your SteamID64 where applicable. We may ask you for further information to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within the statutory deadline. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information; you can opt out of personalised advertising via the consent banner or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age at which they can validly consent in their country. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will provide more prominent notice on the site.
For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at support@cs2tracker.gg.
